Things To Do In Venice Italy

There are many things to do in Venice Italy, it's not a very big city, bridges, canals and streets of this city can easily be explored. 

Best place, destination and dreamland for any traveller is Venice, Italy. In Europe halal food options are very rare. 

So, my aim was to explore not only it's culture, historical places, architecture but also to find out halal food. 

Let me share my traveling experience with you.

Tiny streets and you know what I really like about this city is built between islands.

How many days do you spend in Venice Italy? If you are here for a day or two. Then it's better to wake up early. 

St. marks Basilica:

St. Mark's Basilica is the iconic place in (Piazza San ) Venice Italy because It is the main square and power of the city. It's covered by huge buildings like clock tower, campanile and doge's Palace. 

But I'm impressed of st. Mark's Basilica ( cathedral) by the great work of byzantine art. The popularity of Basilica is because of its golden colour mosaics, marbles and domes. To save your precious time, it's better to go online to  reserve time slot. By visiting Pala d'Oro you have to pay fee.

Doge's Palace

Doge's Palace is a lavish building in Venice. It's the former residence of the ruler of Venice Italy and seat if the government. So, this doge's Palace is a mixture of Gothic, renaissance style. Every room, courtyard is decorated with paintings. 

You can see famous artists paintings like titan and Veronese. Another amazing thing I came to know that there is a prison and the sad thing about the prisoners they sighs by looking at the Venice.

As a muslim traveller I want to eat halal food here but how?  It is a bit difficult to find out because halal food options are limited in that area but here are some of them, like cafe Florian, Ristorante Al Bacco, Sultan's Restaurant. Venice is famous for its seafood also. 

What to do in Venice:

Best things to do in Venice is visiting Libreria Alta Aqua. If you are a book lover, then you must come , here you'll find unique books, because it's a bookstore in Venice. 

This Libreria Alta Aqua is in Castello district near Santa Maria Formosa church. These books are not only in Italian but also foreign languages. Various types of novels, poetry books, journals etc are available in this library. 

Conclusion:

This is one the best city and I really enjoy whenever I visit. There are lots of things to do in Venice Italy. You can enjoy and make a memory by seeing floating boats around the city. These are unforgettable memories.
