Religion Of America

The religion of America now start including communities of Muslims, Jews, Hindus to reflect the nation's cultural identity. In this country each and every one is allowed to follow and spend their lives according to the religion. 

There isn't any restriction on religion. Muslims can offer their prayers in mosque, Hindus have their own religious places, everyone have freedom of religion. If i say America doesn't have official religion. Yes, It's true. 

In America, Islam is the fastest growing religion. Muslim community from South Asia like Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshis are living in New York , los Angeles , Chicago. They are free to offer prayers, charity, performing Hajj and fasting in Ramadan.

The religion of America is impressed from protestantism that helped for shaping nation's culture.As you know Judaism is about 3000 years oldest religion. 

They follow their sacred book, it is Torah. Branches of Judaism are orthodox Judaism, conservative Judaism, reform Judaism and deconstructionist Judaism. United States constitution guaranteed the religious freedom. 

How Many Religions Are There?

Some Americans keenly interested to spend life according to religion and they attend church regularly. Christianity is believed, the most popular worship in United States. Almost 60% to 64% American are Christians. Every country's constitution ensure the visitor's to live and visit feely. So, same with United States, it also assure the travellers, businessman etc to come and explore this country. 

Thats the reason everyone would live to arrive here. As, it's religion is Christianity. Some Americans would like to attend churches daily. Actually America is a place where everyone has a freedom of religion.

United States is a country where different religious people, groups , sects are living. Most popular religion in United States are Christianity, Hinduism, Judaism, Islam. Another worlds oldest religion is called Hinduism. There are atman, Brahman,karma, dharma, mokaha. 

The sacred book Vedas, upanishads, Bhagavad Gita. Holi and Diwali are their major festivals. Religion plays a vital role and it is a source of unity and trust. 

But past few years, Americans are shifting towards secularism, so the numbers are increasing day by day who aren't following any religion, Muslims contribute in every field like business, politics, science, culture etc. What percentage of US citizen are Muslims. 

Another important point which is noticed that the religion of America allow people to worship freely here. The percentage of Muslims in America is Almost 3 million. The background of these Muslims are from various countries. They are living here.Evangelical Christians is the active religious group, conservative policies, methodology, power is publicised by them.

Halal Food (Religion Of America)

Being a muslim traveller I am very conscious about halal food. Halal means (food allowed in Islam, permissible).

Before eating meat, you must know that animal is slaughtered according to the Islamic sharia. 

There are many restaurants some provides middle eastern food like shawarma, falafel, south Asian food that provide halal food with different biryani servings, kebabs and samosa with multiple filling.

Sometimes we travel for religious purpose like to attend conferences, visiting Holy places, play role as a guider for Muslims in America.

Conclusion 

Travel, food and religion cannot be detached from one another. I have discussed much about Muslim community but the other religions have also got the same opportunity in United States. They have freedom of thought, life, food, education and religion. So, they live peacefully and happily.
